How do I order a Media Guide or Who's Who username and password?
You can contact Kate Croft at kcroft@traverscollins.com. Upon receipt of payment, Kate will email you a unique password that will give you access to either the Media Guide or Who's Who or both guides.
Can I print the entire guide or receive a hard copy?
No. At this time the guide is not available for print or download.
How long are the passwords active?
Depending on your subscriber date, the username and password will be active for the next 365 days! You will have to renew your subscription on an annual basis.
Can more than one person at a time use the same username and password?
Only one person can use a username and password at a time. Passwords are unique to each user.
How do I search for a specific media outlet?
If you know where a specific media outlet is published, you can search by county in the drop-down menu. You can also search by outlet type, for example, print and television.
How do I search for a specific organization?
If you are looking for a specific organization and know which category it falls under, for example, a human services organization, you can search by category in the drop-down menu.
If I notice a change, can I update the guides?
While we try to track changes as they happen, it's hard to catch them all. If you know of a change at a media outlet or organization, please let Brittany Frey know at bfrey@traverscollins.com. We appreciate your attention to detail!
